Open Studio: 7 days a week with exception to posted class schedule.

Membership Declaration and Payment Details: *Payments can be made by: Check, Credit/Debit (2.00 Fee), PayPal (3.00 Fee), Zelle or Venmo **DUES ARE CONSIDERED LATE AFTER THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH. A LATE FEE OF $20 WILL APPLY FOR ANY LATE DUES. *EFFECTIVE 6/1/21* LATE DUES RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION UNTIL PAID AND AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION ON THE 30TH OF THE MONTH DUE TO NON PAYMENT. *Your membership may be placed on a hold agreement up to 30 days max in order to hold your current membership rate AND MUST BE FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES OR AN ISOLATED EVENT APPROVED BY A COACH. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR CONVENIENCE PURPOSES. *After 30 days reactivation of your membership will be subject to current membership rates. (Must be discussed and approved by a Coach/Director) *Cancellation Policy: Your membership agreement will be cancelled/terminated upon verbal or written notice to CFA and/or if payment for your dues is not received and no notice or communication has been made with a Coach/Director. At that point a Coach/Director can force cancellation on your membership. *Member Conduct, Responsibilities for themselves and child(ren): Member agrees to adhere to all studio requirements, rules and responsibilities as per the notices on this website and as posted at the studio. Equipment or property that is broken or damaged is the responsibility of the member. *Hygiene Expectations: Member agrees to the responsibility of proper hygiene as respect for not only themselves but other members in the studio. Please be sure to practice daily use of deodorant, bathing, clean and appropriate clothing.
